Soundtracking
Oct 2005
Before it became a "thing" for directors to assemble hip soundtracks composed of collections of their favorite popular music, Steve and Steve and Paul and I put together our own P.R.S.A. anthemic mix tapes that sered as our own personal soundtrack to the eighties. I can remember some of the tracks on the first tape but the rest are lost. That first tape naturally included Queen's Princes of the Universe - Highlander being THE movie for us in those days. Paul added that one, as well as a track by Mondo Rock called Primitive Love Rites which we loved because it seemed perfect for our simian mascot. Nardizzi added Rush's Tom Sawyer and he must have added a Police song but I can't fo rthe life of me think fo what that could have been. Maybe something off Synchronicity. Rush and the Police will always be Steve Nardizzi to me. Kababik contributed an Iron Maiden song I think. He just loved them and their album cover star Eddie. Not really sure I remember too much more. I'll have to ask Paul if he remembers anything else...
