Zane Cuts Deep

adele2_small.jpgOne might not expect to find a Jazz vocalist belting out tunes by Kris Kristofferson, George Jones and Patsy Cline on a Friday night in NYC but right there on the stage of Chris Noth's The Cutting Room, Adele Zane did just that and so much more. Adele and the band dug deep and told a series of love stories, some good love and some bad, and had the audience wrapped around their collective finger with every note. On her newest album, So Blue, amidst the brilliantly rendered standards and sparkling originals you'll also be treated to her rendition of Tom Petty's Breakdown.
