Atonement Soup

soup.jpegI don't fast on Yom Kippur.  I frequently go to work on Yom Kippur when there is work to be done and there always seems to be work. I'm a bad jew. Is "jew" supposed to be capitalized? That's how bad a jew I am. Whatever. So anyway, bad J-E-W am I. I woke up with a nasty headache which kept me fuzzy headed and reputedly "puffy-looking" for the majority of the day. If I were a believer I would say God was probably not so happy with me abo0ut the whole working-on-the-holiest-day-of-the-year thing. Lunch consisted of a bowl of roast pork wonton soup. Pork. Did I mention pork. Non-kosher pork. Not that I keep remotely kosher. I'm just saying. Could I rebel more? My guts and bowels started doing tumblesaults about an hour later. They continued to tumble as I found out I lost the monthly parking spot I thought I had secured in my building. I worked later than I thought I would. I think I might be getting a cold. I don't know where I'm going with this. I'm just saying.
